Re-Education.

This Friday, March 20th, we will be taking part in The Re-Education, a fashion event taking place in South San Francisco. Apparel will be showcased and sold from labels IC3, Fully Laced, Rah, LimbXLimb, Breezy Excursion, Fish Eggs and Milk, and others. We will have some exclusive gear there as well.

MONO, a music case company started by a good friend of ours, has just dropped their DJ and Producer cases. These things are rugged and have a great attention to detail and design. We especially like this messenger bag as it has room for your Digital SLR and 17" Macbook Pro. Not cheap, but then again you wouldn't want anything less for your instruments and equipment right?

Longtime stunna and sound aficionado Roger Jao has teamed up with Soul Assassin's DJ Solo to bring us Hair Metal Hero, a fresh approach in a somewhat played out mashup arena. As they put it: "The purpose of this mix was to seamlessly blend the very best hits of the hair metal era, without relying on the typical hip-hop/rock mashup DJ approach: That means no rap acapellas, no hip-hop beats, and no classic breaks, so the mix contains ONLY 80s hair metal, earlier groups who influenced that sound, and elements from those songs."

Our people at Limb X Limb are debuting their Spring/Summer Collection TONIGHT in San Mateo, CA. The new line features graphic tees as well as some amazing cut and sew pieces. These guys will also be debuting on the Karmaloop Kazbah any day now, so be sure to check for that.

We aren't big on the car posts, but we had to mention this one. This has to be one of the best updates to classic styles we have seen--while it is currently a concept word is this RR should be going into production with it in 2010. Start saving that lunch money now, and you might be able to own it...well never.

Goonies.

Our good friends from The Bayliens and Cake Presents will be at Slim's in San Francisco this Saturday in support of the Goonies Release Party. They are joined by headliners The Instant Messengers, Murph, and Bo-Rat. Adapt will be on hand with garment relief, come through to experience some good music and get laced.
