Pigeon Feed :: ATL Remixed.

ATL RMX is a new compilation presented by Adult Swim that pits Atlanta emcees with production by progressive electronic artists (Flying Lotus, Prefuse 73, Dabrye to name a few). Most of it is pretty successful and it's definitely an interesting listening experience to hear these two genres come together. And the best part--it's free. Grab a digital copy for yourself here.

Hersk X Benny Gold.

Adapt familia Hersk recently hooked up with SF staple Benny Gold for a collaborative tee dubbed 'Days of Gold,' a celebration of the golden days growing up skating. Cop at Hersk's site as they will not be around for long.

Status.

Adapt is now carried in SF's newest boutique, Status, located in the Westfield Shopping Center. We have much of the Winter product (Men's and Women's) in the shop now so if you haven't had a chance to check it out be sure to stop in. Additionally, to celebrate the launch of the store there is an event THIS Saturday the 12th from 1-7PM. Flyer will be posted shortly.

Pigeon Hero.

Today we received a nice package from our homie Mike over at RedOctane. Upon opening up the batch of goodies, of most immediate interest is the Renegade Edition of DJ Hero, a special edition version of the game endorsed by Jay-Z and Eminem. If you have been living under a rock the past few months, DJ Hero is the next step in the 'Hero' games evolution, bringing DJ culture into your living room with endorsements and exclusive tracks and mixes by many industry heavyweights. You may be familiar with our collaboration with Quannum Projects? Well DJ Shadow is a playable character and was instrumental in the development of the game.
